Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior management to review curriculum and identify new training needs
  • Assess team performance and recommend solutions to address gaps and enhance results
  • Oversee the rollout of training and leadership development programs, ensuring successful adoption
  • Define objectives for all training initiatives and measure their effectiveness
  • Provide coaching and development to employees during and after training sessions
  • Coordinate resources, schedules and logistics for seamless training delivery
  • Manage external resources to optimize quality and cost efficiency
  • Stay current with learning strategies and facilitate training sessions as needed

Working Conditions

  • Fast paced office environment
  • Travel as required

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years training experience
  • 3+ years management experience
  • 2+ years project management experience
  • Call Center experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Professional interaction with the public
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Effective under pressure with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficient with computers, spreadsheets, databases and MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and lead teams
  • Advanced skills in evaluating training impact and knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Skills in teambuilding, facilitation and presentation
