Training Delivery Program Manager

About the role
The ideal candidate has experience delivering and coordinating training programs. As a key member of the team, you will own one of three core areas: Technical Instruction, New Hire Onboarding, or Upskilling Program Management. You will deliver training and onboarding programs for new hires across multiple data center locations in your city, manage a network of trainers and facilitators, and serve as the primary onsite representative of the Data Center Onboarding & Development organization.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all operational aspects of onboarding and training programs, including securing training space, scheduling trainers and facilitators, printing training materials, and identifying venues for large training cohorts.
- Facilitate portions of the new hire onboarding program, including welcome sessions, data center tours, and foundational technical instruction.
- Communicate onboarding schedules, expectations, and logistics to new hires and managers.
- Track training progress, identify learners who need additional support, partner with managers and trainers to address gaps, and provide program reporting to the CORE Data Center Learning & Development organization.
- Partner with core program managers to implement and deliver onboarding, early career, and upskilling programs across the data center organization.
- Partner with site stakeholders to understand local training needs, gather feedback from new hires and managers, and collaborate with the broader team to improve training content and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of experience in Learning and Development, training, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results.
- Demonstrated ownership and a track record of driving results.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud infrastructure services.
- Experience delivering onboarding or training programs in a data center environment.
- Experience with cloud software and platform services.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
Certain U.S.-based or U.S. customer/client-facing roles may require compliance with immunization, occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing.
Pay
Hiring range in USD: $74,100 – $148,300 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
