Training Courses

Training & Development

Barracudas offers free, nationally recognised and internal training courses across several venues and dates. Completing these courses can develop your skills and may increase your wage level upon passing.

• Relevant qualifications or experience are preferred, including childcare, sporting, and creative qualifications or experience.
• If unsure about the validity of your qualification, contact Barracudas for clarification.

An online training programme, tailored to your role, covers Barracudas policies and procedures. All staff must complete this training before their employment start date. You will receive an email a few weeks before the season begins to allow sufficient time for completion.
