Training Courses

Barracudas is committed to giving you the best training we possibly can. This is why we offer you: FREE, nationally recognised and internal courses, across several venues and dates. Attending a training course is a great way to develop your skills. If you pass one of these courses it may even increase your wage level. All members of staff will ideally hold a relevant qualification or have some experience in order to work on camp. This may include childcare, sporting and creative qualifications and/or experience, as well as any of the qualifications gained through taking the courses below. If you are unsure of whether your qualification is valid, please contact us. Our online training programme is tailored to your role and will allow you to learn about our Barracudas policies and procedures ahead of your induction training day at camp. All staff must complete the online training; before the start of your employment start date and you will be emailed a few weeks before the start of the season to allow you time to complete it.
