Training Program

This role offers intensive job training focused on customer experience, combining technical and professional skills in Banking, Customer Success, or Insurance Operations & Claims. Responsibilities include providing training, access to internships, job placement support, and personalized coaching to develop product, service, and communication skills. Internships are conducted at a partner organization, offering hands-on industry experience. Ideal candidates are high school graduates or GED recipients, eligible to work in the U.S., highly motivated learners without a Bachelor's degree, and available Monday through Friday. They will gain knowledge in finance, customer-centric approaches, professional communication, interviewing, and networking. Key duties involve skill development, career guidance, resume building, and preparing for employment or further education. During internships, participants receive a weekly stipend. Career pathways include financial advisory, sales, product support, sales analytics, and patient services. Qualifications include motivation to learn, strong communication skills, and a desire to start a professional career. The program aims to equip participants with the skills and opportunities to succeed in the job market.
