Responsibilities: Provide participants with classroom training, internship placement, and mentorship support through industry-leading talent placement services. Facilitate skill development in product knowledge, customer-centric mindset, finance, communication, interviewing, and networking. Support career growth pathways such as financial advisory, sales, product support, analytics, or patient services. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED, eligibility to work in the U.S., motivation to learn technical and professional skills, and availability to participate fully in the program. Ability to build relationships, entrepreneurial mindset, and professional communication skills are essential. Key Duties: Guide participants through training and internship phases, support resume building, interview preparation, and career development. Ensure participants gain industry-specific knowledge and professional skills to launch their careers.
