Training
About Us
We know that the excellent reputation we have achieved over the past 10 years can only be maintained by committing to selecting and training the very best Care Workers. This is why we invest significant time, energy, and resources into the training and ongoing development of all our staff. We are determined to continuously develop our in-house training program and facilities to build on our established successes.
Our Managing Director has developed a unique training experience using industry guidance and his Professional Education qualification (PGCert). We are currently developing a purpose-built skills lab to host our Blue Ribbon Academy, designed to simulate a typical home for scenario-based training.
