Training Coordinator - SATX

About the Role
The Training Coordinator is responsible for delivering hands-on training and workforce development programs for employees involved in operations and production processes.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position located onsite at 13210 Palo Alto Road, San Antonio, TX 78224.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on training on the shopfloor as needed
- Validate and assess employee skills and competencies
- Conduct onboarding and skills assessments for new and existing employees
- Develop and maintain training material, SOP support, Work Instructions, and visual training aides
- Support cross-training and employee certification initiatives
- Champion and reinforce Safety procedures, PPE requirements, and OSHA compliance standards
- Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Safety teams to identify training needs and performance gaps
- Maintain training documentation, qualification records, and skills matrices
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Manufacturing experience
- Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and organizational skills
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Bilingual (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical certification or associate degree
- Previous technical training or coaching experience
- Experience with Lean manufacturing or TWI programs
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Experience in Industrial Painting, Assembly Processes, Welding, or Fabrication

- Ability to present to all levels of the organization
- Hands-on experience of manufacturing techniques
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office tools
