Responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training sessions for employees in various departments.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to identify training needs and develop solutions.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in training and development.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
