Saint-Gobain Omniseal Solutions is seeking a Training Coordinator to support our Bristol, RI manufacturing site. The Training Coordinator plays a critical role in developing a skilled, qualified, and engaged workforce. This highly visible position partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Human Resources to ensure employees receive the training, coaching, and development necessary to perform safely, effectively, and consistently. Working in a hands-on manufacturing environment, the Training Coordinator leads employee development through the qualification process, including orientation, procedural training, classroom instruction, and on-the-job skill development. The role supports competency management across the organization, helping supervisors and managers identify and close skill gaps while preparing employees for current and future business needs. In addition to coordinating and delivering training, the Training Coordinator supports continuous improvement initiatives by documenting processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and helping implement sustainable solutions. Manufacturing areas include CNC machining, molding, assembly, quality, and supporting operations. Because the facility operates across multiple shifts, training programs and support must be adaptable to meet the needs of all employees. Success in this role requires a visible presence on the shop floor, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for developing people, improving processes, and driving operational excellence. Success will be measured by the amount of progress made in developing and furthering the program (i.e., Training Sessions Conducted, % of employees qualified in current role, Process Development and Process Improvement Project completion.)
