Training & Compliance Coordinator

About the role

Join an established—and growing—organization as Kaleidoscope ABA looks for its newest Training and Compliance Manager. This position is integral to Kaleidoscope ABA's mission to deliver therapeutic services to children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver constructive feedback professionally and effectively.
• Facilitate adult learning in both in-person (site-based) and electronic/remote formats.
• Maintain accurate records across multiple staff cohorts.
• Manage competing priorities and meet non-negotiable compliance deadlines.
• Escalate concerns appropriately.
• Handle confidential clinical and personnel information with integrity and discretion.
• Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, and HR leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA service delivery, healthcare training, or a directly related field.
• Deep familiarity with CBH performance standards, IBHS program regulations, and PA Medicaid requirements for behavioral health services.
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred; candidates with active RBT credential and demonstrated ABA field experience will be given strong preference.
• Prior experience with CBH, IBHS, or Medicaid-funded behavioral health programs in Pennsylvania strongly preferred.
• Experience conducting staff training, competency assessments, or adult education preferred.
• Experience with session note QA review and clinical documentation compliance preferred.
