About the role

The Training & Compliance Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing training programs that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs for employees
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements
  • Ensure all training sessions comply with relevant laws and regulations
  • Coordinate with external trainers and vendors as needed
  • Document training activities and results

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training and/or compliance roles
  • Strong knowledge of industry-specific compliance requirements
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Knowledge of safety and health regulations

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

  • $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
