About the role
The Training & Compliance Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing training programs that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs for employees
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements
- Ensure all training sessions comply with relevant laws and regulations
- Coordinate with external trainers and vendors as needed
- Document training activities and results
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training and/or compliance roles
- Strong knowledge of industry-specific compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Knowledge of safety and health regulations
