Responsibilities

Support the administration of the Vaccines Quality Records & Training Compliance group in accordance with local and enterprise policies, procedures, and retention schedule activities.

Aid in the day-to-day operations of the Vaccines Records Room, including archiving, retrieval, scanning, and tracking of critical and non-critical physical record requests.

Improve long-term inventory management and organizational logistics of the Vaccines Records Room to maintain an orderly and inspection-ready environment.

Track and coordinate the shipment of records to and from off-site storage facilities and external vendors or partners.

Provide documentation support to the Vaccines scientific community by responding to inquiries and assisting with documentation-related needs.

Collaborate with external partners to complete required records and documentation activities, including contract laboratories, records storage providers, and other business groups.

Perform all assigned duties in compliance with departmental procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or associate degree required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous work experience in a regulated environment required.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in accordance with departmental procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to handle moderate lifting of documents and/or boxes.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods as required.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
  • Records and documentation management experience.
  • Inventory management and records organization experience.
  • Experience supporting records retention, archiving, retrieval, and tracking activities.

Pay

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $23.91 - $23.91/hour.

Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.
