Responsibilities
- Work with nationally ranked trademark and copyright attorneys to protect brands across all industries.
- Become a strategic counselor to clients seeking business-minded legal solutions to prosecution, enforcement and litigation, licensing and advertising.
- Handle trademark and copyright matters, including reviewing clearance searches and preparing substantive responses to PTO office actions.
- Prepare and respond to cease and desist letters and handle other enforcement matters, such as domain name disputes, UDRP actions, TTAB proceedings, and matters related to the use of trademarks and social media platforms.
- Provide legal advice on copyright law.
Requirements
- Have 2 - 4 years of U.S. and foreign trademark counseling, clearance, and prosecution experience including reviewing clearance searches and preparing substantive responses to PTO office actions.
- Have previous experience preparing and responding to cease and desist letters and handling other enforcement matters, including domain name disputes, UDRP actions, TTAB proceedings, and matters related to the use of trademarks and social media platforms.
- Have experience in copyright law.
Qualifications
- Active membership in the state bar and are in compliance with CLE requirements.
- Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
- Enjoy using analytical skills to conduct complex and detailed analysis of legal matters.
- Thriving in a team-oriented environment and contributing to effective team relationships.

Pay
The salary for this position is $225,000 - $260,000. The salary offered will depend upon qualifications and experience, and will be adjusted for flex-time schedules.
