About the role
The IP Trademark Litigation Associate will take ownership of high-stakes trademark and copyright litigation, including anti-counterfeiting and online enforcement. They will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of litigation, including drafting complaints and TRO applications, managing high-volume discovery, taking depositions, and preparing dispositive motions and settlements.

Requirements
- 3rd-4th year Associate
- Experience in IP Litigation with a focus on Trademark/Copyright Litigation
- Admitted to practice in Illinois or eligible to waive in
- Excellent academics along with strong legal research, writing and analytical skills
