Trademark Associate (Clearance & Prosecution – English / Spanish Fluency Required)

About the role

Routinely recognized as one of the top teams in the country, the Trademark & Copyright Team of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP continues to grow and seeks an Associate with at least 3 years of direct trademark experience with clearance and prosecution, who is fluent speaking and writing in both Spanish and English. We offer the opportunity to work on cutting-edge trademark issues for name-brand clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage U.S. and international trademark portfolios
• Experience in complex, high-level U.S. and international trademark clearance
• Complex prosecution experience
• Experience working with entertainment companies preferable

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent legal writing and critical thinking skills
• Highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage a high-volume docket

Qualifications

• JD or LLM
• Barred in resident state

(Expected salary: $250,000 to $320,000)
