Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prioritize store visits using sales data and customer importance.
- Execute marketing programs, negotiate volume agreements, and ensure product placement aligns with planograms.
- Provide strategic insights, track competitor activity, and guide retailers on tobacco category management.
- Maintain merchandising standards and support with inventory management when needed.
- Record and evaluate performance using internal tools like Synergy
Qualifications
- A high school diploma (post-secondary education preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in FMCG sales (preferred), however recent graduates are also welcome to apply
- Strong communication, selling, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Synergy is a plus
- Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs, climb ladders, and install signage
