Key Responsibilities

  • Determine visit frequency based on the company’s customer prioritization system.
  • Plan calls using detailed sales data.
  • Schedule appointments with customers to maximize impact during visits.
  • Analyse sales and program performance to inform future planning.
  • Maintain compliance with contractual standards.
  • Secure commitments by aligning the benefits of our products with the customers’ needs.
  • Manage merchandising activities, ensuring product availability and stock levels.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for improvement to meet and exceed targets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma is required, with further education or experience in FMCG/CPG sales preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills, with practical and confident use of Microsoft Office suite applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate sales data into actionable business strategies and objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated selling capabilities using a customer-oriented “Double Win” approach.
  • Experience with Trade Marketing Execution (TME) software including reporting and data management is highly desirable.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, market trends, and sales reports to support informed decision-making.
