About the role
The Teall Properties Group (TPG), a division of Teall Capital Partners, was created in 2018 to serve the high school market. TPG is dedicated to supporting the high school student-athlete experience by connecting its community with organizations and brands that share this belief.
Responsibilities
- Assist with sponsorship meetings and bringing sponsorship visions to life
- Lead client service, ideation, sales operations, and activation efforts with multiple properties
- Establish framework, office structure, and assignment of duties, including:
- Client outreach initiatives
- Digital and social media coordination
- Client and property PR
- Graphic design
- Proposal, proof of performance, and contract development
- Research, management, and tracking of inventory
- Game-day/event activation and fulfillment oversight
- Serve as a liaison between corporate partners and property staff when needed
- Identify and concept ideas for existing and potential corporate partners
- Manage inventory, including:
- Coordinating with sales executives on inventory availability
- Supporting client presentation materials
- Managing seasonal and creative deadlines
- Work within TPG’s CRM system and maintain records of all accounts and prospects
- Develop and present customized sponsorship advertising proposals that may include signage, radio, print, promotions, and fan engagement strategies
- Participate in game-day events to share and highlight the high school sports experience with existing and potential sponsors
- Conduct yourself in a way that demonstrates a strong commitment to team collaboration and success
- Maintain flexible work hours, including events that may occur on weeknights or weekends
- Provide office and administrative support
Requirements
- Highly motivated self-starter with strategic thinking skills
- Positive attitude and desire to be successful while having fun within a professional and team-oriented environment
- Passion for high school athletics
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized; able to prioritize and execute tasks
- Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; understanding of social media
- Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
