Toyota Rental Manager

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
• Promoting an understanding of, and strong commitment to client satisfaction and to the Mossy Team.
• Oversee and manage a team of Rental Assistants ensuring the utmost quality of service and client satisfaction.
• Set goals for improvement and monitor progress through profits and customer loyalty & retention.
• Identify areas of improvement and focus on exceeding objectives.
• Show rental vehicle to customers, and conduct walk around prior to finalizing the transaction.
• Create and maintain a good working environment.
• Properly staff and train personnel.
• Properly manage the assets of the department.
• Attend Manager Meetings.
• Ensure all safe work practices and policies are adhered to.
• Maintain a professional appearance.

• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Understanding of Safety Rules & Practices as well as posted work rules & procedures.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Strong people skills that contribute to effective communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to exercise good judgment.
• Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals.
• Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Have a positive upbeat attitude.
• Be willing to go above and beyond for customer experience/satisfaction.
• Able to handle multitasking (being able to handle two or three customers at the same time while verifying information).
• Have great phone etiquette.
• Able to thrive in a team environment.
