Total Rewards Manager$140,000 -$150,000 + bonus Northern Chicago Manufacturing SectorA well-established manufacturing organization is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to lead and enhance its U.S. rewards strategy and employee programs. This is a high-impact role responsible for compensation, benefits, performance management, employee development, recognition initiatives, onboarding, and engagement programs.Working closely with HR leadership and key stakeholders across the business, you will drive programs that strengthen the employee experience while supporting organizational growth and performance. Responsibilities Compensation & Total RewardsLead U.S. compensation programs, including salary structures, job grades, job architecture market benchmarking, and pay practices. Conduct job evaluations and provide recommendations on job level, grade, and compensation.Partner with HR and business leaders on offers, promotions, salary adjustments, and other compensation decisions.Support annual merit planning and administer incentive and bonus programs.Monitor market competitiveness and internal equity and recommend changes as needed. Benefits & WellbeingManage U.S. health, welfare, retirement, EAP, and related benefit programs.Lead annual benefits renewal and open enrollment.Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, consultants, and benefit vendors.Partner with HR and Finance to evaluate benefit costs, plan design, and opportunities for improvement.Develop employee benefits and retirement communications and resources. Recognition, Engagement & Employee ExperienceLead and support employee recognition programs and initiatives.Own and continuously improve the U.S. onboarding and new hire experienceDevelop onboarding resources, manager tools, and orientation programs.Support employee engagement surveys, communications, and action planning.
