Total Rewards Manager

Manage and optimize the organization’s total rewards strategy, including compensation and benefits programs that support recruiting and retention. Key Responsibilities Lead design, administration, and continuous improvement of salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits plans.Conduct market benchmarking to maintain competitiveness and internal equity.Apply HR analytics and data to evaluate program effectiveness and inform recommendations.Ensure compliance with applicable compensation and benefits regulations.Partner with HR, finance, and operational leaders to align total rewards with organizational goals.Support a collaborative, mission-driven culture through effective communication and continuous learning. Qualifications and skills: Strong knowledge of compensation/benefits, benchmarking and incentive design, HR data analytics, and regulatory compliance; proven leadership and partnership skills.
