Total Rewards / Benefits Manager (HR)

About the role
We are seeking a skilled individual to oversee the design and administration of health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs. This role involves evaluating and optimizing vendor relationships and benefits offerings for cost and employee value, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and leading a team to improve total rewards programs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in benefits or total rewards
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred)
- Working knowledge of benefits regulations

Pay
The pay range for this position is $95,000 - $105,000 annually, with a starting salary determined by experience and qualifications.
Schedule/Shift
This role is full-time, working Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
