Responsibilities
- Assist in generation of training materials
- Support the design and creation of training materials and presentations for Albany's employee benefits programs
- Aid in plan management by developing processes to monitor the cost of employee benefit programs and ensuring ongoing compliance with Albany’s procurement policies
- Create a purchase order (PO) and invoice tracking process for the Total Rewards department
- Help maintain records and reports of total rewards activities, and provide feedback
- Gather feedback from employees and assist in analyzing results to improve future training programs
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in Total Rewards, suggesting new approaches for the company’s programs
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field, with at least two years of coursework completed
- Minimum GPA 3.0
