Job Overview The Tool Repair Estimator provides administrative services by creating and coordinating the estimates for tooling repairs and assists customers with facilitating the processing of their tools being repaired. A Day In The Life Every Day At Hubbell Is Different And You’ll Contribute In Many Ways. On Any Given Day, You’ll Make a Difference By Reviewing incoming tool repair requests and preparing repair estimates for customer approval.Contact customers by phone or email to discuss repair costs and obtain authorization to proceed with repairs.Entering and maintaining repair orders, estimates, and customer information in SAP and Salesforce.Assisting in prioritizing repair work for the Tool Repair Technicians based on customer needs, turnaround expectations, and workload.Tracking the status of tools through the repair process and providing updates to customers as needed.Coordinating with team members to ensure repair orders are processed accurately and efficiently.Assisting with shipping and receiving documentation to support the movement of tools through the repair process.Responding to customer questions regarding repair status, pricing, and expected completion dates.Maintaining organized records and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.Supporting a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment while helping deliver excellent customer service.
