Repair Estimator – Restoration / Construction

Responsibilities

• Visit job sites to meet with homeowners, clients, and stakeholders
• Prepare detailed repair estimates using Xactimate software
• Negotiate estimate approvals and supplements with insurance carriers
• Review project scope and accurately document repair requirements
• Present estimates and finalize contracts with homeowners and clients
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the estimating process
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project transitions from estimating to execution
• Track estimate progress and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Previous restoration, construction, estimating, or related industry experience
• Experience using Xactimate for repair estimating
• Valid driver's license
• General industry knowledge and understanding of restoration workflows
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-facing skills
