What You'll Do
- Perform site inspections and document property damage.
- Aid in developing detailed scopes of work for commercial restoration projects.
- Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate and other carrier-required estimating platforms.
- Submit estimates for internal review and make revisions as needed.
- Communicate professionally with adjusters, clients, Project Managers, and internal team members.
- Explain emergency service agreements and help guide customers through the restoration process.
- Maintain project documentation, photos, notes, and estimate updates within company software.
- Participate in weekly production meetings and ongoing training.
- Support emergency response efforts, including occasional after-hours commercial losses and surge events.
- Continue developing estimating, construction, and insurance industry knowledge.
Relationship Building
- Build positive relationships with adjusters, clients, and referral partners.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout each project.
- Represent RestoreCore professionally in the field and within the community.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in restoration, construction, estimating, insurance, project coordination, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of residential and commercial construction.
- Experience with Xactimate is preferred, but we're willing to train motivated candidates with relevant industry experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Willingness to learn new estimating software and restoration industry programs.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to local job sites.

Physical Requirements
- This position requires frequent walking, standing, bending, climbing, and lifting materials or equipment up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
- Candidates must be able to work in active construction and restoration environments and wear required personal protective equipment, including respirators when necessary.
Work Environment
- This position includes a combination of office work and field inspections at active restoration sites.
- Employees should expect exposure to varying weather conditions, construction environments, dust, debris, and emergency response situations.
- Occasional evenings, weekends, or after-hours response may be required during emergency events.
