Schedule

2nd shift: Monday‑Friday, 3:00 pm‑11:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate manual machines such as mills and grinders and heat treat ovens.
• Efficiently operate the wet grinder and grind parts per direction and to print.
• Assist the lead mold makers with assembling molds complete with a goal of making good parts at first sample.
• Meet scheduled hours and dates of all tasks, with the goal of completing ahead of schedule.
• Maintain an attitude of Continuous Improvement.
• Make suggestions for improvements.
• Maintain a department that is neat, organized, and clean at all times.
• Carry out tasks for tool building under the direction of the department lead person.
• Learn mold Fit, Assemble, Complete, and Inspect of injection molds.
• Responsible for Department Housekeeping, Cleanliness, and Organization as required.

Skills

• Good mechanical aptitude
• Organizational and communication Abilities a must
• Must demonstrate ability to work in a team environment to accomplish all tasks of the department
• Ability to learn new tasks efficiently

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move up to 100lbs infrequently

Pay

$21.00 + $1.00 Shift Differential (Based on education and experience)
