About the role
The Tools and Equipment Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that all tools and equipment are tracked, maintained, and available for projects. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in managing multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Track and maintain logbooks for tool and equipment related items.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are in working order and maintain them accordingly.
- Order and rent tools as needed.
- Communicate any issues or problems with management.
- Perform minor repairs to keep tools and equipment operational.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with all tool and equipment safety rules and procedures.
- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, adapting to changing priorities.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and an effective team player.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Understanding of project requirements and the importance of delivering tools on time.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements.
Skills
- Knowledge of all tool and equipment safety rules and procedures.

Pay
The pay range for this role is $29.20 - $38.50 per hour, with candidate's pay varying based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
