We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, cookie/navigation/legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove AI hiring process note? That's maybe not boilerplate but could be considered part of posting; but it's not a section heading. We need to preserve substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro paragraph about NTI: "National Technologies (NTI), a Network Connex Company, is a premier turnkey installer of fiber optic and data center infrastructure. Working on our team puts you on the leading edge of innovation in the digital communications space. If being a part of a tight-knit organization that operates in some of the most advanced technology environments around the world sounds like a dream job, NTI might be the right fit for you! With the perks of a large organization, NTI remains true to its roots as a home-grown company with an open-door culture that welcomes new ideas and encourages professional growth. We set you on the right path with careful onboarding and thorough training programs that prepare you for success in your role and beyond." That's about the company/role. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can put the intro under

About the role

as prose. - Position Summary: "The Equipment / Tool Coordinator is responsible for the daily inventory control, issuance, tracking, recovery, and service readiness of National Fiber Team (NFT) tools, fiber splicing equipment, testing instruments, and other assigned field equipment. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, this position maintains accurate records in AssetTiger or the approved asset-management system, coordinates equipment movement between projects and technicians, and supports timely repair, calibration, and replacement of equipment. The role executes approved logistics processes and escalates shortages, damage, loss, and expenditure decisions to the appropriate manager. The Coordinator works with site Logistics Coordinators, Operations, Project Management, Procurement, field leadership, and the Fleet Manager. Vehicle assignments, driver administration, vehicle maintenance, registrations, fuel and toll programs, and fleet budgeting remain outside this position's primary scope. This Is a Travel Role" That's responsibilities summary. Could go under Responsibilities. - Primary Responsibilities: list of bullet-like paragraphs: Equipment & Tool Inventory Control, Equipment Issuance, Transfers & Returns, Maintenance, Repair & Calibration Coordination, Project Equipment Deployment & Recovery, Rental Equipment & Vendor Support, Accountability, Safety & Equipment Protection, Reporting & Process Improvement. These are sections within responsibilities. We can treat each as a
  • maybe with subheadings? But instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So we can create a

        with each duty as
      • . Within each
      • we can include prose describing that duty. That seems appropriate. - Leadership Expectations: could be part of Responsibilities or maybe Skills? It's about expectations. Could be part of Responsibilities as additional duties. - Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): list of KPIs. Could be under Responsibilities or maybe a separate section? Not in prescribed headings. Could be under Responsibilities as part of duties. - Decision-Making Authority: could be under Responsibilities. - Core Competencies: list of competencies. Could be under Skills. - Preferred Qualifications: list of qualifications. Could be under Qualifications. - The duties and responsibilities described above are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned. (boilerplate? maybe keep as prose under Responsibilities.) - Salary: "$65,000 - $75,000 a year". That's Pay. So we need a Pay section with that info. - Benefits: Not explicitly mentioned. There's mention of perks of a large organization, open-door culture, onboarding, training programs. Could be considered Benefits? But not explicit benefits like health insurance etc. The instruction: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It mentions perks, but not specific benefits. Might be considered vague. Safer to omit Benefits section. - Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. There's travel role, but no schedule details. So omit Schedule. - About the role: we have intro and maybe position summary. - Responsibilities: we have primary responsibilities list plus leadership expectations, KPIs, decision-making authority. - Requirements: maybe not explicit; but we have Preferred Qualifications (which is more like qualifications). Could treat as Qualifications. - Skills: Core Competencies could be Skills. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, AI hiring process note? The AI note is not boilerplate but maybe we should keep? It's about hiring process. Might be considered part of posting but not a section. Could keep as prose under About the role? It's not about role but about hiring process. Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. AI note is not exactly those, but could be considered part of hiring process. I'd keep it as a short paragraph under About the role maybe. Also remove duplicated lines: there may be duplicates but not seeing. Now craft HTML. Structure:
