Equipment Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds of assigned areas, performing daily inventories to ensure availability and functionality of equipment.
• Identify malfunctioning equipment and report appropriately.
• Work with vendors as needed to ensure equipment is repaired and returned in a timely manner.
• Manage the rental of all hospital equipment as needed.
• Maintain inventory logs of all owned, rented, and leased equipment in collaboration with assigned departments.
• Reconcile the cleaning process with Central Sterile, EVS, Materials Management, and Nursing.
• Actively contribute to and work toward hospital-wide improvement in meeting core measures, patient safety, and service excellence goals.

Requirements

• High School Graduate / GED
• No prior experience required
• No travel required
