About the role

The Market President works in collaboration with local market executive and clinical leaders, foundation functional leadership, the BSMH and local market foundation board of directors, donors and other key stakeholders. As local market president, this leader provides long-range strategic leadership and day-to-day administration of the local market foundation and is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing diverse and comprehensive fundraising campaigns reaching all sectors of the community.

Responsibilities

• Drives sustainable local fundraising revenue growth, innovation, and development aligned with current and future trends within the healthcare and fundraising industries
• Identifies and initiates new strategies, prioritization of fundraising operations, best practices and tracking/dash boarding to meet expectation of local leadership, group expectations, and BSMH Foundation short and long range targets
• Executes on KPIs associated with short and long term strategic goals
• Serves as Foundation resource to market president and executive leaders providing business analytics, data, and predictive modeling to support their leadership work
• Prepares and presents market foundation performance and strategies to market president, executive leadership team, and the market foundation board to ensure they align with market projects and objectives
