About the role

The Market President role is designed for a strong commercial lending leader with at least ten years of experience. Key responsibilities include leading from the front, building and managing relationships, and developing the next generation of lenders.

Responsibilities

• Grow the market, initially supervising one Mortgage Officer and one Loan Officer.
• Focus on Commercial & Industrial (C%26I), commercial real estate, and small business banking.
• Carry meaningful leadership and coaching responsibilities.

Requirements

• At least ten years of commercial lending experience.
• Proven track record as a successful lender.
• Effective mentorship skills.
• Leadership experience in a similar role.
