About the role

The role will oversee two loan officers, both with under 8 years of experience. Between the two loan officers, there is a portfolio of $100 million. This individual will be a producing manager and will need to grow and build a personal book of business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two loan officers with under 8 years of experience
• Manage a portfolio of $100 million, diversifying across commercial real estate, C %26 I, and construction lending
• Mentor and develop lenders, particularly in credit and business development
• Drive new relationships and be an active producer

Requirements

• Hands-on leadership experience
• Experience managing a portfolio of $100 million
• Strong credit and business development skills
• Ability to build and manage a personal book of business
• High level of energy and initiative

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or related field
• Experience in commercial real estate, C %26 I, and construction lending
• Proven track record of building and managing a personal book of business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
