About the role
The TMG Student Healthcare Apprentice (PRN CNA) role is designed to provide high school students with hands-on healthcare experience while supporting operational and clinical workflows within Urgent Care. This role offers students early exposure to healthcare careers and creates a pipeline for future entry-level positions within Tanner Medical Group.
Responsibilities
- Performs basic patient care and support duties within the CNA scope of practice under the supervision of licensed clinical staff and practice leadership.
- Supports operational and clinical workflows within Urgent Care.
- Maintains exceptional customer service and patient experience standards.
Requirements
- No prior work experience required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Works effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates professionalism, dependability, and accountability.
- Maintains confidentiality and professionalism with patients and staff.
- Basic computer and documentation skills preferred.
