Responsibilities

- Provide care to patients on various units including Med-Surg, Rehab, ICU, and ER. - Follow established policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of care. - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. - Prioritize tasks efficiently and maintain a supportive environment. - Ensure patient safety and advocate for their best interests. - Stay updated on equipment, patient outcomes, and potential complications.

Requirements

- High School diploma or equivalent. - One year of clinical hospital experience or completion of a nursing assistant (CNA, MA, AUA) training program. - BLS healthcare certification within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

- Patient Care Tech I: High School graduate or equivalent. - Patient Care Tech II: One year of clinical hospital experience as a PCT/CNA/MA and formalized phlebotomy, order entry, and EKG/Dysrhythmia Interpretation training.
