Position Highlights
- Achieve Sales and Revenue Goals established by Management
- Create, adapt, and deliver influential group and individual presentations to customer groups, target customers, agents, and others
- Update customer databases & document daily & weekly activities
- Analyze sales trends and market conditions to identify opportunities
- Develop relationships and maintain visibility in the market area by attending real estate industry functions and participating in community and real estate events
- Understand company’s products and services and accurately explain them to customers
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of successful sales/business development experience in the residential title/real estate industry
- Completion of a 4-year college degree or equivalent training and experience
- Willing to travel 50% of the time with 10% overnight travel
- Understands the market and competition with the ability to identify external threats and opportunities
- Prominent track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
