Position Highlights

  • Achieve Sales and Revenue Goals established by Management
  • Create, adapt, and deliver influential group and individual presentations to customer groups, target customers, agents, and others
  • Update customer databases & document daily & weekly activities
  • Analyze sales trends and market conditions to identify opportunities
  • Develop relationships and maintain visibility in the market area by attending real estate industry functions and participating in community and real estate events
  • Understand company’s products and services and accurately explain them to customers

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years of successful sales/business development experience in the residential title/real estate industry
  • Completion of a 4-year college degree or equivalent training and experience
  • Willing to travel 50% of the time with 10% overnight travel
  • Understands the market and competition with the ability to identify external threats and opportunities
  • Prominent track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
