What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and strategic outreach
- Engage with manufacturing and industrial customers to understand business challenges and identify solution opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle for mid-market opportunities - from discovery through close
- Expand existing customer relationships and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Partner with Account Executives on larger enterprise opportunities
- Maintain a healthy pipeline, accurate forecasting, and strong CRM discipline
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, inside sales, account management, or a similar customer-facing role
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and close B2B opportunities
- Strong communication, discovery, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with CRM and sales engagement platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Preferred Experience
- B2B software, SaaS, Industrial Technology, or Automation solutions
- Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, or Industrial IoT (IIoT) markets
- Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
- Cross-sell, upsell, and account expansion experience
