What You'll Do

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and strategic outreach
  • Engage with manufacturing and industrial customers to understand business challenges and identify solution opportunities
  • Own the full sales cycle for mid-market opportunities - from discovery through close
  • Expand existing customer relationships and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Partner with Account Executives on larger enterprise opportunities
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline, accurate forecasting, and strong CRM discipline

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, inside sales, account management, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and close B2B opportunities
  • Strong communication, discovery, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with CRM and sales engagement platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Preferred Experience

  • B2B software, SaaS, Industrial Technology, or Automation solutions
  • Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, or Industrial IoT (IIoT) markets
  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
  • Cross-sell, upsell, and account expansion experience
