Tire & Wheel Alignment / Automotive Technician

About the role

RNR Tire Express is seeking to hire a full-time Tire & Wheel Alignment Technician / Automotive Technician to mount, balance, and install tires and wheels, as well as assist with inventory and keeping our tire shop running smoothly. Our Tire & Wheel Alignment Technicians / Automotive Technicians average $16.00 to $23.00 an hour with our bonuses and we don't do FLAT RATE.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, and install tires and wheels using tire and balancing machines
• Perform wheel alignments with precision
• Oversee tire shop activity, ensuring shop safety guidelines are followed
• Complete required paperwork
• Maintain inventory, product, tools, and equipment
• Properly label and organize merchandise as it arrives

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving history
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Physical ability to perform typical tasks associated with this position
• Prior experience as a tire technician, wheel specialist, automotive technician, or wheel alignment technician is helpful
• Experience mounting, balancing, and installing tires and wheels is preferred, but not required
