RNR Tire Express is seeking to hire a full-time Tire & Wheel Alignment Technician / Automotive Technician to mount, balance, and install tires and wheels, as well as assist with inventory and keeping our tire shop running smoothly. Responsibilities
- Mount, balance, and align tires and wheels using tire and balancing machines.
- Oversee activity within the tire shop, ensuring shop safety guidelines are followed.
- Complete paperwork and maintain inventory, product, tools, and equipment.
- Label and organize incoming merchandise.
- Assist with keeping the tire shop running smoothly.
Requirements
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving history.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Physical ability to perform typical tasks associated with the position.
- Prior experience as a tire technician, wheel specialist, automotive technician, or wheel alignment technician is helpful.
- Experience mounting, balancing, and installing tires and wheels is preferred but not required.
- Organized and attentive to detail, especially when tracking inventory.
- Safety‑minded and service‑oriented, motivated to exceed customer expectations.

Pay
Average hourly wage of $16.00–$23.00, with bonuses; no flat‑rate pay.
Schedule
Full‑time position; the shop is closed on Sundays.
