Tire & Wheel Alignment / Automotive Technician

About the role

RNR Tire Express is seeking to hire a full-time Tire & Wheel Alignment Technician / Automotive Technician to mount, balance, and install tires and wheels, as well as assist with inventory and keeping our tire shop running smoothly. Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, and align tires and wheels using tire and balancing machines.
• Oversee shop activity: ensure safety guidelines are followed, complete paperwork, maintain inventory, product, tools, and equipment.
• Label and organize incoming merchandise.
• Perform varied tasks and look forward to coming to work each day.

Requirements

• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving history.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Physical ability to perform typical tasks associated with the position.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a tire technician, wheel specialist, automotive technician, or wheel alignment technician is helpful.
• Experience mounting, balancing, and installing tires and wheels is preferred but not required.

Pay

Average hourly wage of $16.00–$23.00, plus bonuses; no flat‑rate pay.

Schedule

Full‑time position; shop is closed on Sunday (Monday–Saturday schedule).
