RNR Tire Express is seeking a full-time Tire & Wheel Alignment Technician / Automotive Technician to mount, balance, and install tires and wheels, as well as assist with inventory and keep our tire shop running smoothly. This role offers future growth potential in a fun, family atmosphere.

A Day in the Life
As a Tire & Wheel Alignment Technician / Automotive Technician, you are essential to the success of our tire shop. You will:
- Utilize tire and balancing machines to mount, balance, and align tires and wheels with precision.
- Ensure shop safety guidelines are followed and paperwork is completed.
- Maintain inventory, product, tools, and equipment.
- Properly label and organize merchandise as it arrives.
- Keep vehicles rolling smoothly for our customers.
Requirements
- Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving history.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Physical ability to perform typical tasks associated with this position.
- Prior experience as a tire technician, wheel specialist, automotive technician, or wheel alignment technician is helpful but not required.
- Experience mounting, balancing, and installing tires and wheels is preferred.

Pay
Tire & Wheel Alignment Technicians / Automotive Technicians average $16.00 to $23.00 an hour, including bonuses. We do not use a flat-rate pay system.
