Tire Sales and Service Advisor

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. Key Responsibilities Include Promptly greeting customers professionally in person and by phone, listening to and documenting their concerns.Inspecting vehicles, reviewing service history, and accurately identifying service needs.Recommending appropriate services, parts, and accessories, clearly communicating additional technician recommendations, and documenting all suggestions.Providing customers with accurate quotes, updates on service progress, and explaining warranties and inspections upon completion.Following proper procedures for billing, conducting post-service follow-ups, and tracking returns and warranty parts.Performing other assigned duties to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Include High School Diploma or equivalent.Previous experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required.Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one within 30 days.Ability to work five days a week, including Saturdays. Compensation: $18-$25/hr+ commissions.
