Tire Sales and Service Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our automotive team, responsible for promoting and selling repair services and products while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers professionally and documenting their concerns accurately
• Inspecting vehicles, referencing service history, and recommending appropriate services
• Communicating service options, providing detailed quotes, and updating customers on progress
• Ensuring proper documentation of recommendations, warranties, and customer interactions
• Following up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction and managing warranty and return tracking
• Performing other assigned duties as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior service advisory experience is beneficial but not required
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one within 30 days
• Ability to work five days per week, including Saturdays
