Tire Sales and Service Advisor

About the role

The Service Advisor is responsible for selling and promoting automotive services and products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They greet customers, listen to concerns, inspect vehicles, and identify service needs. They communicate recommendations clearly, provide accurate quotes, and update customers on service progress. Managing customer files, tracking warranties, and conducting follow-up calls are also key duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and on the phone
• Document customer concerns and inspect vehicles accurately
• Recommend services, parts, and accessories based on knowledge and technician input
• Provide cost and time estimates, and update customers during service
• Handle customer transactions, explain warranties, and conduct follow-up calls
• Maintain records of returns, warranties, and service history

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one within 30 days
• Ability to work five days a week, including Saturdays
