About the role
Seeking a Service Advisor to promote and sell automotive services, parts, and accessories while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and document their concerns.
- Inspect vehicles and recommend appropriate services.
- Communicate estimates and service updates to customers.
- Accurately document service recommendations.
- Follow billing procedures.
- Conduct post‑service follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track returns and warranty parts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required.
- Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain one within 30 days).
- Availability to work five days a week, including Saturdays.
Pay
Compensation ranges from $18‑$25 per hour plus commissions.
