Tire Sales and Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote automotive services and products in accordance with company standards.
• Greet customers professionally and listen to their concerns.
• Inspect vehicles and accurately document service needs.
• Recommend appropriate services and communicate additional technician suggestions.
• Provide clear quotes that include costs and timelines.
• Track returns and warranty parts.
• Conduct follow‑up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience helpful but not required.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license.

Skills

• Excellent communication.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of automotive services.

Schedule

Work five days a week, including Saturdays.
