Tier 2 Remote Operations Support (Overnights) is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities

- Document and maintain knowledge base articles

Requirements
- Highly proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Experience with remote support tools and platforms

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
