Trade & Operations Support - Overnight

Key Responsibilities

• Provide external-facing support of client trading workflows during extended hours equity and option trading sessions
• Maintain the health and performance of internal trading systems and external connectivity
• Resolve operational, connectivity, and client-related issues in real time
• Collaborate with internal teams to support and enhance the client experience
• Execute day-to-day operational processes while continuously identifying and driving improvements to trade desk workflows

Required Skills, Experience, And Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in trading operations, trade support, or market operations
• Familiarity with equity and options trading workflows preferred
• Experience in a high-volume, time-sensitive trading environment
• Prior client-facing support experience strongly preferred
• SIE, Series 7, Series 57, or willingness to obtain
