About the role

Tier 2 Remote Operations Support is responsible for providing high-level technical support to clients. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 technical support to clients via phone and email
  • Document and track client issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • CCNA certification preferred
