About the role
Tier 2 Remote Operations Support is responsible for providing high-level technical support to clients. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to clients via phone and email
- Document and track client issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- CCNA certification preferred
