About the role
A private equity firm that works with healthcare services companies is hiring for a T1/2 Helpdesk Professional to join their team on a contract basis (with the potential to convert to full-time). This is a hybrid role with 4 days in office Monday-Thursday in Waltham, MA.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for the Microsoft Suite, M365 applications, Zoom, Mac IOS, and Claude experience is a plus.
- Support end users in a face-to-face environment with excellent customer service.
- 100% Tier 1 & 2 Support – Microsoft Suite, M365, Mac IOS, Zoom
- 100% Hands On
Requirements
- Experience with providing support for the Microsoft Suite, M365 applications, Zoom, Mac IOS, and Claude experience is a plus.
- Prior experience providing tier 1 & 2 support to end users in a face to face environment.
